Don't forget to join us next Thursday, August 6th at the Madison Public Library for an origami event! Visiting students from Tamagawa University in Tokyo will assist us in learning the art of folding paper. All ages are welcome!



End of the Summer Reading Program

The Summer Reading Program ENDS this Friday, July 31st. If you have completed your yellow reading sheet or your purple reading card, bring it in to collect your prizes. Friday will be the last day to collect your prizes. Thanks to all the participants who faithfully read this summer and attended our summer activities!

Mr. Twister's Super Balloon Show

Don't forget that Mr. Twister's Super Balloon Show is on Monday, July 27th! Free picnic in the park from 5:00-6:00pm. Mr. Twister's show will begin at 6:00pm in the park. In case of rain, the picnic will be cancelled and Mr. Twister will perform in the Library Meeting Room.

Tamagawa Origami Event

Join us at the Library on Thursday, August 6th from 3-5PM in the Meeting Room as visiting students from Tamagawa University in Tokyo teach us the art of origami! All ages are welcome. Learn how to fold cool creatures and eat some Pocky sticks!

Reduced Prices on Paperback Sale

Reduced price on paperback books will begin next week! Don't miss the chance to pick up some books while at the same time helping the Friends of the Madison Public Library raise money to buy a new outdoor book drop for the Madison Public Library!
